CANTON, Ohio Jonathan White, one of Southern Gospel's most talked about
soloists, recently had his personal testimony printed in the brand new book by
Alvin Slaughter, a premier praise & worship leader in today's modern church.

In the new book, entitled I Got It Back, Slaughter reveals six keys to becoming
the empowered person God wants every individual to be. The book helps
individuals find his or her passion, helps people get "unstuck," and helps them
know God's next level of power and direction for their lives.

"My life totally changed when I turned 19 due to uncontrollable circumstances in
my life," mentioned White. "It was a very hard road for me, but now I can see
exactly the plan that God had for my life through those situations. I am very
excited that God is using my testimony once again to help motivate people to
change their lives. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity that has been

White, a 2005 SGN Music Award Male Vocalist of the Year nominee his highly
anticipated album Living the Good Life his first studio album since 2004's Live
At Chapel Hill last December. Living the Good Life was produced by Wesley
Pritchard and Milton Smith and executive produced by White. The album features
original songs written by industry leaders such as Steven Cheney, Jeff Ferguson,
Sheldon Wade Mencer, Twila McBride-LaBar, Tery Wilkins, Niles Borop, Eddie
Carswell, and many more. White also shared songwriting duties on the title cut
"Living the Good Life" with Steven Cheney, Sheldon Wade Mencer, and Dan Adkins.

Living the Good Life also features classics such as Bill & Gloria Gaither's "It
Is Finished" which showcases White's stellar vocals. The instant classic
"Heroes" is dedicated to those whose ministry is outside of the church walls and
corresponds with White's Sometimes Miracles Hide outreach to families of
disabled children.

Living the Good Life also features two guest artists. The title cut highlights
the extremely versatile style of vocal group Valor, while "I Am God" includes
Lauren Cheney on duet vocals.
